He currently serves as Conference Evangelist for the Southeastern California Conference, where he focuses on church growth, retention, and discipleship.

With a background in higher education and student life leadership, Dr.  Richardson  has dedicated his career to equipping individuals and organizations to lead with clarity, purpose, and faith. A graduate of Oakwood University, his formative experiences shaped his commitment to Christian education and leadership grounded in spiritual dependence.

Known for his engaging and practical approach, Dr. Richardson integrates personal experience, biblical principles, and leadership insight to inspire transformation. He is the author of an upcoming book and 30-day devotional,  Leading While Leaning[Italics], which encourages leaders to remain grounded in God while navigating the demands of leadership.
